RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 15 DAYS FROM THE PRODUCT RECEIVED DAY and get your full purchase amount back minus shipping/delivery and installation costs if yes.

If the issue of return exceeds the 15-day period and is within 30 DAYS FROM RECEIVED OF THE PRODUCT, the following return policy is in effect: Full refund of purchase amount minus 20% restocking fee and expenses shipping/delivery/installation fees if applicable.

All special orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

No refunds will be issued for products that have been shipped Less Than Load (LTL).

All shipped/delivered/installed product(s) must be physically returned to the Johnson Fitness & Health location before any refund will be offered.

Homegym.vn reserves the right to refuse any returned items based on product damage inspection.
