1. Terms of warranty

– The product is warranted for free if the product has a warranty period calculated from the date of delivery, the product is warranted within the warranty period according to the separate regulations of each product category related to all technical problems.

- Warranty according to the phone number provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

2. Regulations on warranty period (for reference)

– Treadmill product group:

+ Business class: 6-year warranty (2-year warranty on carpets)

+ Economy class: 5-year warranty (1-year warranty on carpets)

+ 2 years warranty in case of use for gym or business.

Particularly for running mats, treadmill boards are warranted for 2 years: free replacement for the first time.

– Group of massage chairs:

+ Business class: 6-year warranty (2-year leather warranty)

+ Economy class: 5-year warranty (1-year leather warranty)

– Group of products of bicycles and other exercise machines: 2 years warranty.

Multi-function weight rig group: 6-year warranty.

– Product group of evaporative fans/coolers: 2 years warranty

– Group of other electrical household products: 1 year warranty.

For new products that are not in the list above, please refer to the specific warranty period of the product in the detail page or the consultant.

3. Cases not covered by warranty

– The product has expired or lost the warranty card.

– Warranty card is invalid, has been erased, edited, torn by more than 1/3, crumpled, cannot see the content or does not have our seal.

– Products are damaged, broken, torn due to intentional or external forces such as natural disasters, collisions, falls, insect intrusion (rat bites, etc.)

– Using the product not according to the manufacturer's instructions (or user manual). Using the wrong voltage as specified causes damage.

– No warranty for components: power cord, plastic cover, safety lock.

4. Warranty mode

– Warranty at home: applicable to the product groups Treadmills, exercise bikes, massage chairs, gym equipment or other bulky and oversized equipment.

+ Area within a radius of 50km (from the nearest Homegym.vn showroom): free travel.

+ Area outside a radius of 50km (from the nearest Homegym.vn showroom): Please support the travel fee for the warranty staff.

– Warranty at Homegym.vn showroom: applicable to product groups: blender, small air conditioner fan, hand-held massager, abdominal massage belt... When there is a problem in using the product, please bring it with you. directly (or send it through the garage, transport service) to the warranty centers of Homegym.vn for repair and warranty according to regulations. The costs incurred during the shipping process are paid by the customer with the shipping unit.

– In-house troubleshooting guide: in some cases due to geographical difficulties, we can guide customers to fix basic problems (errors) by themselves via phone or documentation.

5. Maintenance

All products of Homegym.vn are maintained for life, supporting replacement of accessories during the use of the product.

  1. Cost: product maintenance may incur additional costs, this cost will be notified in advance or at the time of inspection of the product for damage through no fault of the manufacturer.
  2. Support for replacement of spare parts: according to regulations, components of all products provided by us when the warranty period expires, you will be supported at a preferential price.
  3. Relocation and dismantling: The disassembly and movement of the product according to the purpose (need) of your use will not be bound by the warranty and maintenance regulations. We only support moving (installation) for a fee, this cost will be agreed by both parties when referring to the actual status.

6. Process of receiving warranty and maintenance

For product groups with home warranty

Step 3: notify the specific error status of the product. Providing specific details about the error condition will help us resolve the issue faster.
